Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, but our therapists reserve dedicated time specifically for your recovery.

• 18-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 18 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 18 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (No-Shows), will incur a flat $25 fee. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file used to secure your booking, or deducted directly from any pre-paid service balance or deposit.

Refund & Gratuity

Refunds for pre-paid, unrendered (unused) services, therapeutic packages, and memberships are issued strictly in accordance with our cancellation timelines.

• Packages: Package purchases are fully eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no services within that package have been used. Packages cannot be refunded or partially refunded once any related service has been rendered.
• Services & Memberships: Unused pre-paid individual sessions and unused memberships are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once a session has occurred or a membership service has been utilized, it is permanently non-refundable.
• Gratuities & Staff Tips (Tippy Compliance): All gratuities and tips left for our therapeutic staff are securely processed via a secure, standalone third-party platform (MeevoTips / Tippy). Once a gratuity transaction is approved at checkout and the funds are routed to the provider's wallet, all tip transactions are 100% final and permanently non-refundable.

Membership Guidelines

Our wellness memberships are designed to support long-term therapeutic recovery.

• Buyer's Remorse Window: Memberships may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of sign-up, provided the membership has remained entirely unused.
• Commitment Period: To support your long-term wellness journey, active memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months before they are eligible for standard cancellation. True physical change does not happen overnight, and we need time to treat your body effectively.
• Post-Cancellation Rollover: Upon official cancellation of an active membership, any paid, accumulated, and unused membership services must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date. Any unused services remaining after this 6-month window will be permanently forfeited.
